What: Golf instruction and performance sessions are non-medical and fitness-based, designed to help you move better, swing more efficiently, and play with confidence. Services include private lessons, on-course playing lessons, group clinics, and golf-specific movement and fitness training.

Who: Whether you’re new to the game or looking to improve consistency and scoring, sessions are practical, approachable, and tailored to where you are right now.

Where: The Texas 9 Golf Course

🩺 Physical Therapy

What: Skilled physical therapy services are medical in nature and are separate from golf instruction and performance coaching. Sessions include a comprehensive initial evaluation followed by a personalized treatment plan based on examination findings and tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Who: Golfers of all levels who are recovering from pain or injury, proactively addressing mobility or strength concerns, or looking to improve physical function to better support their golf performance.

Where: PT sessions are held at Beyond Therapy and Wellness Physical Therapy Clinic in Bedford, TX
